A complete set of documents for a US visa interview includes
Records are divided into four sets as follows:
Set 1: Civil papers of the guarantor
- Visa photo size 5x5 (according to regulatory standards, put in a zippered bag)
- Original and photocopy:
1. ID card
2. Passport
3. Household registration
4. Birth certificate
5. Marriage/divorce/death certificate
- Criminal record number 2
- Military/Party member/Court file (if any) with English translation
- Form DS-260 form.
- Interview letter
- Parents confirmation for children to immigrate to the US (in case children under 18 years of age do not have parents according to immigration)
- Certificate of marital status
Way to arrange the US visa application
Set 2: The guarantor documents and the financial sponsor set
- Original and photocopy of Form I-864/I-864A corresponding to the number of people present in the application
- Guarantor's tax return set
- Original and photocopy of Guarantor's Birth Certificate (F4):
- Photocopy of Citizenship Certificate (or US Passport/Green Card)
- Marriage Certificate of Guarantor/Beneficiary
- Letter of commitment to financial support from the co-sponsor
- ID/DL
Set 3: Family documents or proof of each relationship with the sponsor
- Photograph of the guarantor
- Family photo
- Commemorative photos with the sponsor, relatives in the US, pictures of the wedding, the wedding proving the husband and wife relationship with the guarantor, air tickets, letters from the guarantor, etc.
- Chat, message, facetime, etc.
- Old family papers: Old household registration book, Catholic book, academic record, etc.
Set 4: Medical examination records
Medical examination records should be sealed for each member and attached with a yellow vaccination slip.
When applying for an interview, you do not need to submit evidence of a relationship but only need to understand the information and answer at the request of the Consul.
The arrangement of the US visa interview application does not need to follow a certain pattern. However, you must arrange the dossier for it to be neat, convenient, and logical so that you can take what documents you need fast.
