Preparing a US student visa application is always an important and time-consuming step in the visa application process. PERSONAL DOCUMENTS INCLUDE:
– ID card of student + father + mother
– Parent's household registration with student's name
– Student's birth certificate
– Marriage certificate of parents
– International standard picture (5 x 5 white background, straight shot, neatly pulled up to see both ears, five photos)
– Passport (first sheet + last sheet + stamped travel sheets)
LEARNING DOCUMENTS INCLUDE:
– Transcripts, Transcripts, Graduation Certificates (Level 2 / Level 3 / Intermediate / College / University)
– Student identification certificate – student card (if you are a student)
– Certificates of merit, diplomas, and certificates obtained during the study
– Certificate, English degree obtained
– All study abroad documents such as I-20, transcripts of courses studied, passport, visa ... (in case students study abroad).
FINANCIAL DOCUMENTS INCLUDE:
If the sponsor has a business:
– Business license + Namecard
– Certificate of tax code registration
– Tax receipts for the last 3 months (CIT – VAT – license tax of the year)
– If you do not have a business license, you must demonstrate a valid financial source to sponsor the student
- Business image.
If the sponsor runs a business:
– Employment confirmation letter of father/mother/student + Labor contract + Payroll
– Letter of the decision to appoint the position of father/mother/student + Namecard.
Other sources of finance:
– Economic contracts
– House/land title papers
– House/land rental contract
– Vehicle ownership papers such as car cave, registration book...
– Capital contribution contract + Monthly/quarterly profit sharing table
– Bank savings book
– Certificate of saving money in a bank in English (account with at least 30,000 USD or more).
