WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE OF THE MATH PROGRAM?

The math program is designed based on the Common Core State Standards system - USA, ensuring that students still follow the Mathematics program in the Vietnamese education system while having access to the language and thinking of American mathematics intuitively.
At the Vietnamese American dual diploma program, the teaching method of Mathematics uses intuitive tools such as blocks, counting blocks, counters, etc. The children are empowered to take the initiative and are respected for their individual freedom, so every child is very enthusiastic in expressing their opinions, contributing to the lesson or giving comments to the teacher.

In terms of learning methods, students will receive math problems in the order: Receiving problem/practical situations, viewing illustrations/visual materials, thereby forming concepts/setting principles, and finally applications to solving Math problems.

In Math lessons, teachers always inspire students. Many games, group works, and creative activities arouse students' interest and increase teacher-student interaction while helping students master how to perform calculations and apply them to quickly complete the worksheets.
